Analytics & statistics
Adoption KPIs, activation trends, license mix, exports, and scheduled reports across organizations and products.
The Analytics dashboard consolidates operational metrics: how many licenses are active, where activations spike, trial conversion pressure, and product-level adoption. It complements point-in-time lists (Licenses, Activations) with time-series views.
Dashboard route
Open Analytics from the sidebar. Single page with filterable sections—no sub-tabs. Use org selector and date range before exporting or scheduling reports.
Page sections
- Organization selector — scope charts to one tenant (multi-org operators).
- Date range — presets (7D, 30D, 90D, YTD) and custom ranges.
- KPI cards — license totals, active vs expired, activation counts, trial stats, revenue-style metrics when billing integrated.
- Charts — activations over time, license type mix, top products by usage.
- Ticket KPIs — when support module enabled, ticket volume overlays.
Export & scheduling
- Export dialog — PDF, CSV, Excel snapshots of current filters.
- Scheduled reports — email recurring summaries to stakeholders (deployment/plan dependent).
